Personal data will be processed in compliance with the relevant regulatory framework. They will be processed using paper-based, electronic, IT, and any other suitable means, in accordance with the security measures provided by the GDPR. In the case of cyber attacks, it is not possible to guarantee a completely secure data protection system.

Consent is given at the time of subscription to the newsletter and the website.

5 – Data communication and dissemination

The data may be made accessible to the Journal’s team, namely to the members of the Management and Editorial Staff, who are appointed or otherwise authorized. The data may also be communicated to third-party companies or other entities that, on behalf of Anteferma Edizioni, may be designated as external Data Processors in compliance with the purpose principle. In any case, the data will only be disclosed if it is necessary to fulfill a legal, regulatory or community law obligation or EU legislation.
