Silvia Sivo
Architect – PortCityFutures Research member, Ph.D student

Engineer and architect, graduated with honours from the Polytechnic of Bari, in 2018 she graduated with honours from the Master of II level in Sustainable Planning and Design of Port Areas at the University Federico II of Naples, participating in the Marine Ecomed study programme (IUAV-Aix-Marseille-Aristotile Tessaloniki Universities). She has collaborated with the Southern Adriatic Sea Port System Authority for the drafting of the Strategic System Planning Document (2018) and the realisation of the port-city landscape awareness/integration workshops Brindisi Porto e Confine (2019) and Ti Porto a Bari (2021). Since 2021 she has been part of the Centro Studi della Fondazione Dioguardi (Bari-Milan), for which she is co-coordinator of the Port City School initiative and team member of the PortCityFutures research programme (Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Universities). She is currently a PhD candidate in Regional Planning and Public Policies at the Department of Architecture and Arts of the Università Iuav di Venezia.
