Amedeo Minischetti

Amedeo Minischetti is an architect, graduated with honors in 2020 from University G. d’Annunzio in Chieti – Pescara. The degree thesis entitled Post-hurricane reconstruction in Puerto Rico. Adaptation strategy to climate change has been made thanks to international convention with School of Architecture of University of Florida. It concerns mitigation and climate adaptation strategies as a reaction to natural disasters. During his undergraduate program, he has taken part to national and international design workshops, including the architectural itinerant seminar Villard:19 (2018). His requalification proposal on coastal landscape of Alcamo Marina, has been awarded with honorable mention. As a result of the issues addressed, since 2020 he has been member of research group for Osservatorio Paesaggi Costieri Italiani. Currently he is working as a freelance architect, and he is engaged in research activities on technology of contemporary architecture at the Department of Architecture in Pescara.
